Sparks of Hope also seems to suffer from a similar issue ( #4089 (comment), although the artifacting is not really blocky, but just affecting a flat area), so my guess this is caused by a bug in Ryujinx regarding the behavior of the Snowdrop engine that is used in both of these games. Setting AF back to "Auto" never helps, but setting Resolution Scale back to "Native" sometimes does and then reduces its occurrence to very sporadic. Weirdly sometimes out of nowhere the flickering stops for a while or only sometimes occurs sporadic. Setting the game in handheld mode makes the artifacting significantly worse with it taking up much more room of the screen. Frequency of flickering increases when disabling VSync/when increasing frame rate.
